About Sandyholme
Sandyholme is a substantial character house standing
in its own grounds in the peaceful
village of Studland. It has been set up to give greatest possible flexibility and
can be let as a whole with up to 32 beds, by floor giving around 15 beds on the
ground floor and 17 beds on the first floor, or by individual units ranging from
2 to 15 beds. The units are as follows:
Unit 1 – Kimmeridge – sleeping 8+2
This is on the ground floor and comprises:

A lounge/dining room with a kitchen area.

Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 2 with three sets of bunks providing beds for 6.
-
A bathroom with bath, wash basin, shower and toilet.
-
A further two fold up beds are available for occasional use.
-
This unit has wheelchair access.
Unit 2 – Studland – sleeping 4+1
This is also on the ground floor and comprises:

A lounge/dining room with a screened off area containing 2 single beds.

A separate bedroom containing one set of bunk beds providing beds for 2.
-
A bathroom with bath, wash basin, shower and toilet.

A separate kitchen.

A further fold up bed is also provided for occasional use.

This unit contains its own outside entrance and is therefore suitable for well controlled
dogs by prior arrangement.
Unit 3 – Lulworth – sleeping 11+4
This is on the first floor and comprises:

A separate lounge.

Bedroom 1 with three sets of bunks providing sleeping for 6, plus a wash basin.

Bedroom 2 with two sets of bunks and one single bed providing sleeping
for 5, plus a wash basin.

A separate kitchen/dining room.

A further two fold up beds are available for occasional use.

A futon is also available in the lounge providing sleeping for 2.

It has its own separate toilet on the landing.

There are also two shower rooms on the landing.
Unit 4 – Durdle Door – sleeping 2
This is also on the first floor and comprises a studio room containing 2 single
beds, a lounge/dining area and a kitchenette. It has its own separate toilet on
the landing and there are also two shower rooms on the landing.
General areas
In addition to the individual units, there is a spacious lounge/meeting/games room
for use by all the guests and a spacious entrance lobby. The property stands in
its own grounds which are laid out to patio, lawn and wooded surroundings. It has
its own driveway and there is parking for several cars.
What You Will Need To Provide
Each
unit comes complete with its own kitchen facilities and duvets/pillows
are provided. Duvet covers are also provided but you will need to bring
your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
